My Sky Obsession

When everyone have their obsessions

Mine is the sky

 I often take my camera, my phone, even my iPod

and take pictures of the sky

while walking on the streets

Sunny Gloomy Rainy Blue Lilac Grey White Cotton 

and all others I just cannot describe

It's been going on for a while 

probably over 2 years now

I would like to share some of those photos today

There's something about sky I really like

It's so soothing and calming for me to just look at

HOW TO - Easy "colour block" Nail Art for short nails n beginners

YES, I'm obsessed.

Another easy nail design!!

It's simple, it's for short nails

Doesn't took you much time and yet you look like you come back from the nail salon

Very easily customisable with changing the colours

Here it is

Start with base coat

Then paint an opaque layer of the colour you picked 

I went for deeper mint green

After it's dried 

paint a triangular peak by swiping your brush twice at each sides of your nail

keep a steady hand and you can take you time

(Or you can use tape)

I picked light orange colour

Do the same for your ring finger with another colour

If you have time and feelin all fancy

you can also paint tiny dots on you ring finger as "boarders" ;P

For that I used a rusty gold colour

Yep you're DONE ~~~

Colours I used here :

Topshop - Gone Fishing (mint green)

Zoya - Cole ZP721 (light orange)

Revlon - Double Down (gold)

I love posting about nails (I can type much less)

HOW TO - What Makes a Bookmark ?? #1

I might, in years, look back and regret posting this 

- - - - - - - - - - NERDY BOOKWORM ALLERT - - - - - - - - - 

I decided to start this series of "What makes a bookmark??"

Have you ever feel like

ARGHHH

I haven't finish this book and need something to just bookmark it

and there's absolutely no "regular" bookmark around to use...

That makes 2 of us ^^

Would you usually put the book face down on the desk and walk away

come back and found it never close the same

Or accidentally pick it up and forget it not marked yet

Anyway

You struggle to find the page you're on  

while blaming your self for not having enough bookmarks 

go buy more packs of bookmarks and forget where you put 'em

That's what always happen to me (sad face)

Why don't we make bookmarks out of other things??

piece of paper, Popsicle stick, ribbon, old receipts 

literally anything  

The idea hit me when I ran out of my Grapefruit body scrub 

I Can't say no to GRAPEFRUIT scents 

It's a good scrub and it smells NICE and FRESH

My point is 

It's a beautiful container and I want to keep it

Not just as an empty thing

No, that's not CREATIVE

So it made it into, yes, a BOOKMARK

All you need is 

A pair of scissors 

Some heavy books

You cut it open

Measure a piece to cut out

Put under heavy books to get  rid of the curve

And 

VOALA

Here's your  (my actually) makeshift bookmark!!

The Book is Girl Online by Zoe Sugg (Zoella on YouTube)

Love her, love her book ;)

I think it's still pretty, still smells like bunch of fresh grapefruits

and it's easy, free and for me quite FUN

Top 5 Reasons Why I Started My Blog

1.  I genuinely LOVE doing this.

I love writing and sharing stuff in my life and my many passions with a bunch of friendly, trusty group of people kindly stopping by and reading this. (Yes, I mean you.)

2.  I believe passion and lovely things NEED to be shared.

If i can make a wish here. I wish you find some sort of happiness reading my blog. Or just have an orange-slice grin on your face. ;)

3.  I want to keep a diary, a memory piece of nowadays me for future me. And I want it to be shared and read by others too.

Fresh Flowers In the House!!

I went to the flowers market today

And picked up myself a little bouquet

(Yup, see what i did there ^^)

After seeing wonderful bunch of flowers on BLOOM AND WILD

I became more than jealous of their "fresh flowers to your house" service

OOOOOHHHH

Why didn't I live in London???!!!

Luckily

We have a pretty nice flower market around with good prices :)

Yes

The flower market is both PRETTY and NICE

minus the tiny mosquitoes and hot hot sun

I will find another sunny day 

which is any other day lately

and go there to take pretty pictures 

so you guys can see it too...
